{"created":"2023-05-15T10:17:38.075678+00:00","id":61,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1f06b400-cf53-4982-8e06-bbcf3a24d15c"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"61","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"61"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:tau.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000061","sets":["19:13:16"]},"author_link":["222","223"],"control_number":"61","item_10006_date_granted_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2018-03-15"}]},"item_10006_degree_grantor_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"東京有明医療大学"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"32821"}]}]},"item_10006_degree_name_8":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（柔道整復学）","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2017年度"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，柔道選手にみられる肘関節損傷についての疫学調査を行いその実態を把握すること，また柔道整復師が使用可能な超音波画像装置を用いて柔道選手の肘関節の特徴および肘関節損傷の発生因子について検討することを目的とした．\n　大学柔道選手1030名を対象とした肘関節損傷の既往歴調査の結果，肘関節損傷の既往を有する選手の割合は31.7%（326名/1030名）であった．また好発部位は釣手側の内側部であり，受傷時期は関節技が許される高校生以降に肘関節損傷が好発していた．\n　超音波画像装置による肘関節内側側副靭帯（尺側側副靭帯）（以下：UCL）像描出時の測定信頼性についての検討を行った．その結果，超音波画像装置によるUCL像の測定信頼性は，検者間および検者内ともに高値を示し，肘関節の屈曲角度（30°，60°，90°）によって違いを認めないことが明らかになった．\n　肘関節損傷の既往のない柔道選手71名（142肘）を対象に，ストレス超音波検査を用いて，肘内側部の形態（UCL厚，UCL長，腕尺関節裂隙間の距離）を釣手側と引手側の比較および学年別（中学生，高校生，大学生）の検討を行った．その結果，肘関節損傷の既往を有しない柔道選手の釣手側UCL厚は，引手側に比べ肥厚していること，さらに釣手側の腕尺関節裂隙間の距離は，学年間で異なることが明らかとなった．\n　柔道選手の肘関節損傷の危険因子を究明するため，肘関節損傷の既往のない柔道選手71名（142肘）中，追跡調査が可能であった49名の若年柔道選手を対象に1年間の前向き調査を実施した．その結果，新たに発生した肘関節損傷の頻度は16.3%（8名/49名）であった．また釣手側UCL厚を肘関節損傷の有無で比較したところ有意差を認めなかったことから，釣手側のUCL厚は肘関節損傷の危険因子ではないことが明らかになった．\n　本研究より，柔道選手の肘関節損傷の実態が明らかにされた．また柔道整復師が使用可能な超音波画像装置を用いて肘関節UCL像描出時の測定信頼性が明らかになった．肘関節損傷の既往を有しない柔道選手の肘関節の特徴について，新しい知見として，釣手側UCL厚は引手側に比べ肥厚していること，さらに釣手側の腕尺関節裂隙間の距離は，学年間で異なることが明らかとなった．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第2号"}]},"item_10006_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.20600/00000047","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10006_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
